Terms of Use
By accessing or using Clutch Gamers, including the website, Discord-connected services, leaderboard, profiles, chat, activity feed, notifications, match records, rewards, coins, or future shop features, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or related community services.
Community Account
Clutch Gamers uses Discord login to identify users and connect them with community features. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure and for all activity that takes place through your account on the website. You must not impersonate another person, use another person's account, or provide false or misleading information.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the content you post, upload, send, or share through the website, including profile information, chat messages, activity feed posts, comments, images, clips, reactions, and any other user-generated content.
You must not use the website to harass, threaten, abuse, defame, bully, target, dox, scam, phish, spam, impersonate others, post illegal content, upload copyrighted content without permission, exploit bugs, manipulate matches, abuse rankings, MMR, coins, rewards, or shop systems, use bots or scrapers, bypass security, or interfere with the normal operation of the website or community.
User-Generated Content
You keep ownership of content you create and post. By submitting content to Clutch Gamers, you give us permission to host, store, display, reproduce, moderate, remove, and share that content as needed to operate the website and community. User content represents the views of the person who posted it, not Clutch Gamers, its admins, moderators, or community operators.
Moderation and Enforcement
We may review, remove, hide, restrict, or delete any content at our discretion, especially if we believe it violates these Terms, community rules, legal obligations, user safety, fair play, or the integrity of the community. We may suspend, restrict, or ban users without prior notice if we believe their behavior is harmful, abusive, fraudulent, illegal, disruptive, or unfair.
We may reset, adjust, or remove rankings, MMR, coins, rewards, achievements, match records, or shop items if we believe there has been cheating, abuse, a technical error, a database issue, or an admin decision affecting league fairness.
League Features, Coins, Rewards, and Shop Items
Community features such as matches, rankings, MMR, coins, achievements, cosmetics, rewards, shop items, and merch-related features may be changed, paused, reset, corrected, or removed at any time. Coins, cosmetics, achievements, profile items, or similar digital features have no real-world cash value unless we clearly state otherwise in writing.
Third-Party Services
The website may use third-party services, including Discord for login and identity, hosting providers, database providers, and other technical services. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and rules.
No Warranty and Limitation of Responsibility
The website and community services are provided as is and as available. We make no guarantees about accuracy, availability, ranking correctness, match data, rewards, shop availability, or uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clutch Gamers, its admins, moderators, operators, and community representatives are not responsible for user-generated content, disputes between users, user misconduct, third-party services, incorrect rankings or rewards, unavailable services, bugs, data loss, or indirect damages. Your use of the website is at your own risk.

We may collect Discord ID, Discord username, Discord display name, Discord OAuth/login information, profile information, leaderboard and league information, activity feed content, chat messages, notifications, follows, profile views, moderation records, browser preferences, and technical information from hosting or infrastructure providers such as server logs, request metadata, browser type, device information, IP address, and security logs.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users through Discord, operate profiles, leaderboards, chat, feed, notifications, and league features, display public community information, manage matches, MMR, coins, achievements, rewards, moderate content, prevent abuse, maintain security, improve the website, respond to requests, and comply with legal obligations.
Public Information
Some information may be visible to other users, including Discord-linked display name, profile information, leaderboard position and stats, posts, comments, reactions, images, clips, chat messages, achievements, match history, and community activity. Do not post information that you do not want other users to see.
Legal Bases for Processing
For users in regions with privacy laws such as the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we may process personal data based on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the community, consent where required for optional cookies or analytics, and legal obligations.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal data. We may process information with service providers that help operate the website, including Discord, hosting providers, database providers, analytics or infrastructure tools if enabled, and moderation or security tools if used. We keep information for as long as needed to operate the community, maintain league records, provide user features, resolve disputes, enforce rules, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and maintain backups. You may log out, clear local storage or cookies through your browser settings, request access, correction, or deletion of your data, ask admins to remove content where appropriate, and choose not to post public profile, chat, or feed information.

Please include enough information to identify your account, such as your Discord username or Discord ID. We may need to verify that you are the owner of the account before completing the request.
Some data may not be deleted immediately or completely if it is needed for legal obligations, security and abuse prevention, moderation records, dispute resolution, league integrity, backup systems, fraud prevention, or enforcement of Terms of Use. Public content such as posts, comments, chat messages, or profile information may be removed or anonymized where appropriate.
Cookie and Local Storage Policy
Clutch Gamers currently uses browser local storage more than traditional cookies. Local storage allows the website to remember information on your device.
Essential Storage
Essential storage is required for the website to work properly. This may include Discord login status, Discord ID and display name, Discord OAuth token stored on your device for authenticated actions, active tab or page state, language preference, temporary chat or feed state, and security or authentication-related information.
Preference Storage
Preference storage may remember selected language, followed players, local display preferences, achievement notification history, coin or shop display state, and cookie or privacy choices.
Analytics and Marketing
Non-essential analytics or marketing cookies are not intended to be active unless clearly enabled. If analytics, advertising, tracking, or marketing tools are added later, this policy should be updated and consent should be requested where required by law before using non-essential tracking.

Managing Cookies and Storage
You can manage or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Logging out removes Discord session data from the current browser, but it does not automatically delete server-side community records such as posts, match history, or moderation records.
